Fused Glass Rings This is the craft of cutting glass sheet into shapes and layering up into an interesting design. Sometimes I use Dichroic Glass for extra shimmer. They are then put into a hot kiln overnight and left to slump down into a tactile shape with rounded edges. I then stick on Sterling Silver Ring Bases with an extra strong glue which takes 72 hours to 'cure'. The rings are open at the front and are therefore adjustable to fit all sizes of finger, which makes them ideal to purchase as a gift. |
